New Canada Revenue Agency Guides Help With New Housing Rebate Calculations

On June 25, 2010, the Canada Revenue Agency released a number of guides that finally help with the calculation of the New Housing Rebates and Transitional Rebates.  The guides include:

* GI-085 Harmonized Sales Tax: Stated Price Net of GST/HST New Housing Rebates in Ontario
* GI-086 Harmonized Sales Tax: Stated Price Net of GST/HST New Housing Rebates in British Columbia
* GI-087 Harmonized Sales Tax: Stated Price Net of GST/HST New Housing Rebate in Nova Scotia
* GI-088 Harmonized Sales Tax: Stated Price Net of GST/HST New Housing Rebates and the Ontario RST Transitional New Housing Rebate
* GI-089 Harmonized Sales Tax: Stated Price Net of GST/HST New Housing Rebates and the Ontario RST Transitional New Housing Rebate

Please note that there are a few typos in the Canada Revenue Agency's information regarding GI-089.
